Bryan Hoseok Ok

Bryan practices in the areas of tax, estate and financial planning for both U.S. and non-U.S. high-net worth individuals, with a particular focus in international tax planning (both inbound and outbound) for cross-border transactions.  

Bryan received his J.D. and Business Law Certificate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2017 and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2018.  While in law school, Bryan worked as a research assistant to Professor Thomas Griffith in revising and updating Examples & Explanations for Federal Income Tax.  Bryan received his B.B.A. in accounting (summa cum laude) from the College of William and Mary.  He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
