How We Work
Our Role As "General Counsel"
Many of our clients look to us for comprehensive legal advice, and yet we have fewer than twenty lawyers while many law firms today have hundreds. Are we “specialists” or “generalists”? Is our firm a specialized “boutique” or a new model for “one stop shopping” for legal services? Neither, since labels don’t seem to fit. The most accurate phrase for describing our role is that we serve as “general counsel” for our clients. We are both specialists and generalists, depending on the issue at hand.
