Brittney is an Associate in the Washington, DC, office and advises high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries on issues pertaining to tax, estate planning, and trust and estate administration.  She also works with a variety of tax-exempt organizations, including private foundations, public charities, and social welfare organizations.  Brittney advises tax-exempt organizations at every stage, from entity formation and obtaining federal tax-exemption, to navigating corporate governance, tax, and regulatory issues during the life of the organization.

Prior to joining Kozusko Harris Duncan, Brittney was an Associate in the trusts and estates practice of a prominent international law firm.

Brittney is a former intern of the Honorable Noelle C. Collins in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the White House Office of Presidential Correspondence.
