Spencer provides bespoke estate planning services for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, with a primary focus on U.S. income and transfer tax planning. He has broad experience drafting and administering complex dynasty trusts, family-held investment entities, and tax-exempt organizations. Spencer has also helped structure and form numerous single family offices.
Prior to joining Kozusko Harris Duncan, Spencer was a trusts and estates associate at a prominent international law firm. Spencer graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2015.
