Kozusko Harris Duncan is pleased to announce that Alexander Lewis has been promoted to Senior Counsel.
Mr. Lewis practices in the areas of tax and estate planning, with a focus on cross-border transactions, pre-immigration, expatriation, and offshore compliance planning. Alexander also helps advise clients with complex domestic and international trust structures. In previous roles, he helped advising clients about the U.S. tax consequences of contributions or distributions from foreign entities, pensions, trusts, or other vehicles. Alexander also helped advise several clients on a range of pre-immigration issues, including income tax planning (pre and post-arrival in the U.S.), as well as the creation or management of foreign and U.S. tax organizational structures to minimize U.S. tax consequences.
