Don Kozusko presented the current work product of his subcommittee at the meeting of the ACTEC Business Planning Committee on June 22, 2023. The subcommittee’s mission is to make estate planning and trust administration meetings more useful and, in addition, to expand the choices for business succession planning. This June presentation provided a discussion draft for lawyers to show clients how the trust document could be drafted to guide the trustee in making distribution decisions that follow the client’s intentions.
