Amit Ochani is a Senior Counsel in the New York office of Kozusko Harris Duncan. Amit focuses his practice on all aspects of estate planning and estate and trust administration. Amit has extensive experience in creating custom estate plans for clients and developing and executing sophisticated lifetime gift and estate planning techniques. Amit enjoys working with clients to protect their wealth and ensure that assets reach their intended beneficiaries in an efficient manner. Amit also helps families with the creation and operation of nonprofit organizations, including family foundations.
Prior to joining Kozusko Harris Duncan, Amit was a Counsel in the private client department of a major U.S. law firm.
