Brett is an Associate in the Chicago office of Kozusko Harris Duncan. Brett advises high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries on all aspects of tax, estate planning, and trust and estate administration.

Prior to joining Kozusko Harris Duncan, Brett was an estate planning and probate associate at a prominent boutique Chicago law firm.

Brett received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Political Economy with a specialization in Law, Economics, and Policy from Tulane University. Brett attended law school at Vanderbilt University Law School, where in addition to his J.D., he earned Vanderbilt’s Law and Business Certificate. During law school, Brett externed with the Honorable Grace Dickler, Presiding Judge of the Cook County Circuit Court, competed in moot court, served on the Shade Tree Clinic Medical Legal Partnership, and was a Turner Family Community Enterprise Transactional Law Clinic Student Attorney.
