Bruce’s practice focuses on tax, trust, estate, and financial planning for individuals with particular emphasis on international tax and trust planning; corporate and partnership tax planning for closely held businesses and investment entities, and inbound and outbound business and tax planning for foreign related transactions.

Prior to joining Kozusko Harris Duncan in 2009 Bruce was a Principal of Withers Bergman LLP. He held that role in the firm or its predecessor, Bergman, Horowitz & Reynolds, PC since 1985 and was associated with the firm since 1980. Prior to that he was associated with Nutter, McClennen & Fish in Boston, Massachusetts from 1977 to 1980.
