Lindsey’s practice focuses on trust and estate planning and administration and advising high-net-worth individuals and their families on estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax matters. Lindsey has extensive experience in creating custom estate plans for clients and developing and executing sophisticated lifetime gift and estate planning techniques.

Lindsey enjoys working closely with clients to identify and implement their personal planning goals while also minimizing the impact of taxes on their estate plans and transferring wealth to future generations.

Lindsey’s practice also includes representing executors and trustees in administering estates and trusts.

In addition, Lindsey advises individuals who have personal and financial connections in both the U.S. and U.K., providing guidance on the interaction of succession and wealth transfer tax laws between the two jurisdictions.
